Although the firm is engaged in matters of national and international scope,
its practice is concentrated primarily in both the federal and state courts located
in southeastern Pennsylvania, particularly in the counties of Chester, Montgomery,
Berks, Bucks, Lancaster and Delaware.
All the members of Buckley, Brion, McGuire, Morris & Sommer
LLP are active in the profession and continue
to serve as leaders in the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations,
governments and in their communities. The firm's lawyers are deeply rooted
in Chester County and have actively participated in its dynamic growth for
several decades. The firm continues to build its practice, as it has over the
past forty years, by demanding that its attorneys adhere to the highest professional
standards, that they treat the firm's clients courteously and opposing parties
professionally, and by adhering to a fair and reasonable fee structure.
